• Visit ncsymphony.org, click the “My Account” button and “Sign in” at the top right side of the page.
• Click on “My Events” on the top left side of the page.
• Find the concert you want to exchange and click “View Event Details” button.
• Click the “More” button above the concert you are exchanging out of, then click “Exchange.”
• Follow the easy online instructions to complete your exchange.
