Add your tickets to your phone’s wallet for fast & easy access: your tickets can be displayed on your phone’s screen for scanning.

Log in to your Symphony account using your smart phone

• At ncsymphony.org (or at the top of this page) tap the “My Account” button.
• Tap the “Sign In” text link or icon on the “Welcome” page.
• In the “Sign in or create account with North Carolina Symphony” window, enter the email address where you receive Symphony email.
• If you don’t know your password, select “Forgot Password” on the “Enter your password” page to receive a one-time code by email to reset your password. When you enter the code sent to your email, you will be able to create a new password.

Save tickets to your phone

• Tap “Manage Tickets” to view your tickets.
• Select each ticket one at a time. When the ticket shows on the screen, tap “Save to phone” or “Add to Apple Wallet.”
