Add your tickets to your phone’s wallet for fast & easy access: your tickets can be displayed on your phone’s screen for scanning.
Log in to your Symphony account using your smart phone
At ncsymphony.org (or at the top of this page) tap the “My Account” button.
Tap “Sign In” icon at the top right of the blue page.
In the “Sign In to North Carolina Symphony” window, enter the email address and password for your account.
If you don’t know your password, select “Forgot Password” to receive a one-time code by email to reset your password. When you enter the code sent to your email, you will be able to create a new password.
Save tickets to your phone
Tap “Manage Tickets” to view your tickets.
Select each ticket one at a time. When the ticket shows on the screen, tap “Save to phone” or “Add to Apple Wallet.”
