The North Carolina Symphony’s Adopt-a-School program serves to foster the relationship between musicians and K-12 students and teachers statewide. Musicians will be paired with music teachers in North Carolina to serve as a mentor and resource throughout the 2020-2021 school year.

Each musician/teacher relationship will be unique, and together they will develop engaging virtual activities specific to each group of students. Possible activities include musical discussions, instrument demonstrations, virtual classroom visits and more. Interested music teachers should submit an application using the form on this page by Friday, September 11.
