![]() We are enlisting college and high school-aged volunteers to help promote our upcoming classical and pops seasons. Students in Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and the surrounding North Carolina communities who love music and want to have some fun while helping out, can earn FREE concert tickets by volunteering for our new STREET TEAM. Street Team members will help distribute flyers and ticket discounts and promote the Symphony at community events including downtown Raleigh’s First Fridays, Triangle-area events and cultural gatherings in the places in which you live, study and work (includes possible statewide opportunities). Ideal Street Team members will put themselves in the middle of the action, enthusiastic and eager to generate excitement about the Symphony’s upcoming season. We want to engage new audiences with a fresh attitude! First-time Street Team members will receive a free T-shirt and two free ticket vouchers to be used for most Classical and Pops concerts (certain restrictions apply). Each time you volunteer after that, you will get two more ticket vouchers. Volunteer segments have a two hour minimum. Sign up with your friends! Street Team opportunities will begin in early September. BONUS REWARD: Twice a year we will pick a Street Team member to win a special backstage tour and meet and greet with our Music Director Grant Llewellyn.
