Join William Henry Curry, former Resident Conductor of the North Carolina Symphony, for an exploration of the work of America’s first great orchestral composer, Charles Ives, “a Thomas Edison of music," on Thursday, Feb. 16, at 7 pm. Curry, an acclaimed composer and conductor with a long history with the North Carolina Symphony, also will introduce his own new work, Autumn, which receives its world premiere on Feb. 24.  Co-sponsored by WCPE.
